Don't look now, but tomorrow is October! The leaves are changing, the days are getting shorter, and comfort-food season is officially upon us. Plus we're now heading toward my favorite annual events! The Jacobs Meat Market Anniversary Sale (next week!), turning our clocks back an hour (November 1st!), Thanksgiving, and of course - Christmas! To coin a phrase... it's the most wonderful time of the year!
And while we wait for all that fun to arrive, there’s plenty to enjoy right now! For instance, this week we’ve got Bone-In Pork Chops, Fresh Boneless & Skinless Chicken Thighs, Frozen Beef Marrow Bones, Frozen Icelandic Haddock, Delizioso Whole Pepperoni, Jacobs Own Chicken Italian Sausage, and Bone-In Country-Style Pork Ribs on special.
Our Brats of the Week are Jacobs Own Chicken Cordon Bleu Brats and Jacobs Own Bacon Brats.
In other news, things are looking up on Lawe Street! The street remains closed, but crews are making quite a bit of progress - and the Lawe/Pacific intersection is looking better every day. In the meantime, you can still reach us via Meade Street.
